In the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel for a visit to La Aurora Zoo, which was inaugurated on December 25, 1924, during the administration of President José María Orellana. The zoo currently covers 16 manzanas of beautifully landscaped grounds, making it one of the largest green spaces in Guatemala City. You will find animals from the African, Asian, and American regions. You will also visit a small farm representing domestic animals, as well as the serpentarium, which features exotic and unique species.
